Hello,
I have a contract with an owner who is going through Keller Williams. My contract is contingent upon this owner selling their home. The problem is there are no pictures on any website including KW's. It only shows "Coming Soon - December 9" It is MLS #246389, Sumner County, The contract was signed 12-2-22. It shows Days On Market 24. Amanda Cotton Mt. Juliet, TN is the listing agent for KW. I spoke with her yesterday. She stated that she had been out of the country. She told me she had 2 photographers quit on her, she told my realtor that the snow is what stopped it. (What snow?) I reminded her that the contract ends Jan 10, 2023. She stated that they would have to get an extension. Really? I don't think so. She has already wasted 1 month of my time.
As of this morning there are still no pics. The showings have stopped due to the contingent status. I will definitely discourage anyone to use Keller Williams Realty. I even sent a message to the KW Headquarters. Haven't heard a thing back. Imagine that.
Desired outcome: Do your job and put out pictures. A realtor shouldn't only depend on a photographer if they know how to do their job.
