We've experienced this in the past but with food. We just placed a drink order today and I was charged for the diet cherry syrup, but it didn't come with it. I ordered through the app. I went up to the door and they told me they didn't have any diet cherry syrup so I asked why was it available to order and I was charged for it. It's not the car hops fault, but she didn't even tell me when she delivered the order. It is corporates fault for not having an app that doesn't appropriately show what can be ordered and what is out of stock.

Desired outcome: I would like a refund for my drink and syrup.
We no longer get food from Sonic because their app is not accurate. Have been charged for food we did not receive. Not the first time. Thought we could at least get drinks there and now we know that doesn't work either.
