purchased a range on Thursday and was told it came in on Friday. So, I told salesman I would pick up between 9 and 10 on Saturday. I get at store at 9:30 not realizing store didn't open till 10 am. my mistake so, I go in at 10 hand salesman my receipt to pick up stove. I am waiting about 30 minutes I start asking where is stove no one not really giving me an answer. The salesman that so it to me shows up head to register looking up stove tells me they didn't order enough black stoves so I would have to wait another week to get mine.
so, I demand a refund. I tell the salesman that someone is not doing their job correctly and he laughs at me. which I didn't think was very funny by this time I have wasted about 3 hours on a stove that I still don't have and all this there was no other customers in store but other employees sitting around drinking coffee and BSing. salesman explains to me how they are overwhelmed with appliances but no range for me. so no one checked them in properly. because if they would have, they would have call me instead of wasting my time. Your store has lost my business and will make sure other people see this to social media play a big part in today's society.
Desired outcome: I think management should be responsible for this.
