The manger chargers my card without my consent and is never at the front desk totake care of the customers issues and the housekeeper is always there and she has no ideal how to help the guest when it comes to the computer the charges hasn't been reversed she charged me 287.00 then charged me 143.50 and I have been to the office twice in two days to try to talk to her but every time I go she's never there then I look and she is coming outta a guest room looking like she just don't care about the guest concerns please contact ASAP before my bank take further steps now my card has been suspended bc of the charged that I wasn't aware of
