Me and my husband had spent close to $4k for my 50th bday.Which btw was a disaster! trip was cancelled and we had our money put in their company future credits! what a joke and we had insurance on the trip as well. Did we get the refund no we were denied. Imagine that? then we tried to rebook another trip to puerto rico and guess what? covid hit! had to cancel that trip. Not only did we get penalized and lost more money. This year i tried to request another extention for next year 2022 and they tell me my credit expired today.. Hum? funny when i call them last month and requested the extention as well to no avail they denied us again. I don't understand why they have the right to take our hard earned money we paid to go on one of their vacation packages? why is there an expiration date? i called again today to no avail again after arguing with them that this isn't right to those of us who paid them for a service and that with covid and multiple restriction that we all have to endure are getting screwed over! i wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy! their theives and crooks! plus when i had to cancel our puerto rico trip i was told on the phone by a jose palma mendoza that they would be mailing me my credit on a debit card back to us. Guess what? never came in the mail! imagine that! i'm going to seek legal action again this company!
Desired outcome: REFUND!!!

Cheap Caribbean - Deadline of travel credits
Hello Apple Leisure Group,
This is my 7th time reaching out to you on this website. The first time which was about 5 days ago. I heard nothing from anyone. First I would like to say that I have been a loyal customer for about 15 years, please check your records.
I have wasted approx. 5 hours in the last week on emails and phone calls. Everyone that has called me back is a lowly customer service representative that speaks very poor English. I have asked for a supervisor 10 times and nothing. I have asked for someone with authority and NOTHING! I Always using Cheap Carribbean. I also tell my friends about it. I am simply trying to use my credits that came to me because our April 2020 was cancelled due to COVID. I wanted to use the approx $9, 200.00 USD for the April 14 2022 Easter holiday. You guys informed me that I must use them by March 30 2022. I am asking you to please try to help me. I am a loyal customer and I need your assistance on this. We are talking a (3) week extension. I cannot afford to take (2) trip or lose the $9, 200. I want to stay loyal to you. I do not feel that my I am being unreasonable. Please help me in making this right. I am not the type of person that will scream and extort companies on social media (facebook, instagram, tik tok and snap chat). However my kids are. They very much would like to travel with there school during the Easter holiday. We can only afford (1) trip in this terrible economy because of Covid. Please get back to me asap because I want to book this. Thx Anthony dickow

Cheap Caribbean - Vacation package
On April 30 2020 I booked an all inclusive anniversary vacation for 2, On July 10 2020 Cheap Caribbean emailed me that my resort was closed and they were changing me to a similar resort, no action needed if you accept the substitute resort, on August 21 2020 I called in to check the status of my trip, They told me that my anniversary trip had been cancelled by Cheap Caribbean back in July because the substitute resort would have cost them more money. Cheap Caribbean never notified me that they cancelled my anniversary vacation, nor did they give me a refund, They said they needed to talk to me before they could give me a refund, upon talking to me on [protected] n o replacement vacation could be offered to me, so they told me as an exception Cheap Caribbean would give me a refund, the refund should take approximately 3-5 business days, on 9-3-2020 I called back as no refund was ever given, they now told me it could take 50+ days. I have probably spent15+ hours between hold times and talking tom people time on this and no refund nor vacation. I am a very reasonable person and understand that there is a pandemic going on, I would have accepted an alternative vacation, but no vacation nor refund through no fault of mine? I think the way Cheap Caribbean treats their loyal/repeat customers is disgusting.

Cheap Caribbean - Now sapphire resort in cancun mx
Hello I would like to file a complaint as the resort we booked, was not what we expected. When we got there we quickly realized that the ocean was completely useless and produced a foul smell of rotten eggs, that carried throughout the whole resort. This forced everybody to stay inside the resort in the pool, leaving the pool completely over crowded. Spending our vacation mostly in our room, was not what we had paid for or desired at all. I can speak for others in the resort and say that we were all highly disappointed. I've attached few videos, but I have more. Please let me know what steps I need to take to get a refund for this trip.
