I needed gas for my car, and with a small traffic lane and parking area, I was patient for two cars ahead of me get their fuel, and leave, allowing me to pull forward to fuel up. I went inside as I needed to buy some Vuse Pods, and a Large Drink. The clerk and her supervisor were carrying on with a personal conversation, and I had to repeat my Order two more times! When she finally got it right, she asked for my ID for the tobacco products, and as I always do at this location, I showed her my Driver License through the wallet, where is is clearly visible. She said, "No! I need you to take it out!" I said to her, "Nobody else who works here makes me take it out, they just type the Birthdate...". She said, "No, you have to take it out and I have to hold it while I go get the tobacco products, and if you want to take it up with my"manager", she's right there!". Then she continued to embarrass me in front of the forming line behind me, and asked the manager if she was doing the right thing by demanding that I take out my ID before she goes to get the Tobacco products?! The "manager", of course sided with the clerk, and I was Humiliated! The customer behind me asked for Two Packs of Cigarettes and she grabbed them, and scanned them, WITHOUT giving him the Flack she gave to me! That is Unacceptable, and I want to file a Formal Complaint against the Store. She treated me subserviently and gave privilege to the man behind me in line. I am going to go to the top to make sure she Offers an apology, or she and the so-called Manager are removed from that location. I will make them feel, like I felt, in front of the Clientele that was in the store at the time. I will not hold back, and want action~506 Austin Highway, Alamo Heights, Tx78209
