I came to office and spoke w jason whitehead yesterday regarding my difficulty in getting internet fixed. guy came out, told me same thing last 2 had., a problem w tap, said someone wld make appt next week (this makes 4 wks now) to repair it. same story, still same problem, only thing is, my bill is due and I still cant do my classes and I still hv to work 12 hour shifts, come home, try to stay awake hoping someone actually shows up and will fix. I dont want to pay bill bc i'm not getting my services bt I need the internet, landline doesnt work if no internet, how long is this going to go on? So far, that's 3 repairmen, over 30 calls iv putand visit to suddenlink office to try and get it repaired. in what world of business is this okay?

Tired of crappy connections. December 22, 2019
Internet and TV at least once per week will have an outage in my area. I just happened to look on my calendar for 2019. Yep, at least twice a week the television cable and the internet services will experience an outage. I have become an expert on re-booting the my modum and my computer before starting any task on the internet. I tell the customer service reps about that problem and they advise me to tell the technician when he comes. I am a veteran on a fixed income. I'm not stupid. This has been going on for almost 8 years that I've noted. But it is getting closer and closer to to the day when I cut the cord and go to DSL, dish or two Dixie cups and a string. I'm soooo mad. It is Sunday before Christmas and I can not access SciFy, FX, FXX, Food Network, Animal Planet etc. Your Customer service people cheerfully advise me that it is impossible for them to get a technician to my home until the 27th of December 2-4 PM.
