Sonic Drive-In - Hamburger

I ordered a single cheeseburger with xtra onions and jalapeños and was SHOCKED AND DISGUSTED that instead of Mustard (standard as a Texas staple on burgers) or the question asked I got a Wendy's burger with Mayo and Ketchup ( complete gag! ) with fancy pickles. WTH! Sonic used to ask #1 with Mustard or #2 with Mayo and now you're turning into McDonald's I suppose!. I called and was told basically "Sorry about your luck! You can ask for it next time". However there is no option for Mustard on your app and why baffles me when there is for Mayo and Ketchup. Nevertheless, LONNNNG time patron lost with one order!

Desired outcome: Fix your menu back to traditional ingredients on your proven products! I wouldn't mind a refund for the trash that I bought but that won't happen.

Sonic Drive-In - Customer service

Yesterday I had the misfortune to go to the sonic on north green oaks in arlington, tx. I have been a very frequent customer there and go multiple times a week, I always order a route 44 cherry limeade with xtra cherry and xtra lime (the way you used to make it, not the anemic way it is made now). I turned in my usual order and paid on the screen with my card, assuming the order was correct.
I was surprised with the male car hop came and wanted more money and brought a "medium drink". I refused the beverage. He said the manager said he had to get my card so he could bring the right size, leaving me with a void slip to my card for 2.89 wrong! I refused, not trusting them with what they want. Then the "manager" came to my car yelling at me, they needed more money because the order was processed as a "medium" not a route 44. I refused again, wanting a void for the entire transaction. He (still yelling) said that is not possible and walked off. I got back on the screen for assistance and requested the void slip. Manager returned to my car still yelling. Please notice there is no apology for their error inputting my order. The void is cashier #1, seq#031990, eps sequence#031991. I asked is sonic was going bankrupt because they needed to charge me for their error. He never stopped yelling at me for a few cents. I am totally embarrassed and will not stop at this location again until I get an apology and that person is removed!
Also, note that there were very few cars there at 210 in the afternoon, for the last few weeks, it has been so busy that you have to wait for a place to pull in that has a monitor or sit in a long line at the 'drive-thru'.
Did this person run off all the help and other customers as well? The 2 young ladies that are usually there were not to be seen. They are v very courteous and efficient. I informed this so called manager there are other places to get a drink and it is my choice to stop at this location. Maybe the problem is that I am white?
