We walked in and it was snowing so I'm sure the employees are already upset but the woman at the counter was so rude. She was very short and when we ordered coffee she just said it's not ready yet. Nothing else. And we said we would wait. She made a face. And was overall short and rude.
If they are short stuffed I understand her frustration but it is not ok to act how she did. Also the dining room was closed with only patio seating. And there were to many people sitting there. No masks just walking around. Not ok!
Desired outcome: Talk to her about good customer service no matter the situtation
