Taco Cabana Employee - older white gentleman

at the location on Shepherd in Houston - I rode my ebike to order something to go and he treated me like crap — I had forgotten my lock and set my bike right inside the door — he was rude and made me move it by a table then the people behind me he let go infront of me. The lousiest service I have ever experienced. Evidentally his racism showed through and he took it out on me.

Taco Cabana Employee threats online

Someone made a tiktoc video complaint which I responded to with my personal experience to which one of your employees who goes by kei... Supposedly a political science major working for your company... Decided to not only berate me and call me a liar but then informed me that they would have spit in my food! This is not only unprofessional but illegal and disgusting and can pass whatever disgusting disease they may have to your customers!

Desired outcome: I want them not serving customers as this is beyond disgusting and illegal. I want a personal apology

You're correct and it now has been. I also don't know who this Kim chick is but this is my only response to you so you know. I want to note that my comments that actually ARE mine have a verified customer check as well as a small letter a to the bottom right of the N. I don't quite know what this person is attempting to accomplish by the abhorrent conversation she/? is having with herself but seems to be in some sort of mental health crisis playing out all over this site. Either way something is clearly off. But I do thank you for your comment

They accepted payment and provided me a number of the card as indicated, but the card was never delivered, and I have tried to contact them several times by phone and at what is listed as the Corporate Headquarters address. The letters are alway returned undeliverable because the address is incorrect.
I am not near a Taco Cabana but ordered a card for someone who is.

Desired outcome: I want either my money back or the card delivered.

Today I picked up my order and could barely see the chicken in my chicken cabana bowl. Thats with most cabana bowls. I have to ration the meat in my bowl with each bite so I can have an enjoyable meal to the end. Luckily my husband had a beef crispy taco with his sampler meal and he gave it to me so I could have some protein and was three times as much as the chicken I got in my bowl.

Taco Cabana in Bastrop is disgusting! The employees do not wash their hands ever. Raw chicken is prepared on counters and not properly cleaned up. Went today to pick up 2 tacos chorizo w/egg, chorizo w/potato, extremely greasy, grease dripped right thru bag, very sloppy. the chorizo w/potato was the worse, pieces of potato and a huge slab of chorizo right on top, and cold. The grease went right thru the bag and stained my car. I have pictures to show. I tried scanning the barcode to tell you my experience and that's not even working.

On Friday, February 17 I ordered the enchiladas plate with 3 cheese enchiladas but I got chicken plus they forgot my 2 margaritas, so mgr attempted to correct it so Monday he brought me a free meal only I asked for chili gravy and got Queso gravy instead. Taco Cabana Customer Service and Incomplete order

Yesterday, 02/07/2023 @ 5:31 pm, when I was finally able to place my order through the drive thru after waiting almost ten minutes for someone to answer me at the speaker, I ordered per my below receipt, which I did not get my complete order. Once I got home, i realized they did not provide a pico nor did they provide the 2 flour tortillas. When they finally got my order to me after waiting another 15 minutes or more, and I complained, the employee laughed at me. This is not the first time that the service was bad. I try to give them a chance thinking that it's just a bad day, but this seems to be often for this location.

Desired outcome: Please.... I mean PLEASE !!! talk with the manager and/or employee's. They just lost a pretty big catering order from me and there's no telling how much more money this location will continue to lose.

I am a healthcare worker that work at St. Luke's Hospital right across the way from the Taco Cabana. I'm saying this to say, I am a regular customer at this Taco Cabana. Taco Cabana often is what makes my night at work. On this night, I met a whole new crew that was horrible and customer service was unbelievable! I always order the same thing everytime I go. On this night, my order was totally wrong when I received it and the presentation of it was sickening. The beef taco look like it was thrown together and looked like throw up. I thought it was a bean taco. I asked for hard shell, they gave me soft, just the whole order was wrong. I politely got back in line and told the young lady that I had the wrong order. She politely grabbed the bag and closed the window and went to advised another employee who then came back to the window with the angry face. The argument began. She argued that, that is what I ordered and that she was not giving me my money back, so on and so on. I told her that I did not ask for a refund and that I just wanted the food I ordered so I can return to work. She said a couple of more rude comments and slammed the drive thru window. Another rude lady approach and pretty much had the same rude ugly demeanor as the last employee. I believe this was the manager but no one wanted to admit to their role or name. Basically, nothing was solved, no customer service was rendered and these two ladies was beyond unprofessional and obviously unhappy with their job and do not belong in a customer service position. They both have ruined my whole night and my taste about Taco Cabana. Please note that this is not the case of a rude customer to an employee, I was super polite the whole time and essentially just wanted my food. I left without no food or my money back... just a horrible experience!

The description of these ladies is two Caucasian women, one short, kind of heavy set with brown hair in a ponytail. The other one was tall, skinny, short hair.

Desired outcome: My desired outcome would be my refund but most importantly for these two women to be re-trained and reminded of their job description and position. Food makes everybody night but most importantly warm, welcoming customer service!

Taco Cabana Hatch burrito

Ordered it to go

It was poorly wrapped, everything fell out as soon as I opened it. And it was cold. After I tasted it, I threw the entire thing away. I have eaten at taco cabana for 30plus years. Now I think I will try something new.

Taco Cabana Staff not ready when store opens at 6am

11/10/22 I have been coming to the drive thru at 6:05-6:10am each morning on my way to work. Past 3 mornings, I get to the drive thru and no one answers the speaker even at 6:10am I had to come inside store and ask if speaker works. Employee said yes but she had just put her head set on. Then I ask to place order and they run around trying to find their drawer for the cash register. Employee then just stands with her hand out not saying anything to take my cardafter my order is finally taken, it takes 15 mins to make four breakfast tacos. This is terrible service

Desired outcome: Get everything ready to go at 6am when the sign says you open. If not, open at 6:30 when you get everything ready

Taco Cabana Manager / pricing and advertising

Ripped off by a rude & racist manager. I order a dozen breakfast tacos (my way) for $19.99. Im charged an additional $2.45 bc the chorizo & bean taco on the outside menu was not included (for whatever reason) amongst the tacos (my way) Why.., bc it was not set up in their computer according to Yolanda, the aggressive racist manager at the Pearland, Tx location (store# 20299). Heres the math. At $1.69 per chorizo & bean taco x 12 = $21.95 with tax. This is just by themselves. I was charged $24.30. So instead of saving money by purchasing the dozen - you actually get to spend more. Absolutely brilliant Yolanda & TC. When I explained this to her, she was rude & very aggressive. She said do you want to look at my computer, its not in here. At this point, I was done with this brainless manager. She is absolutely in the wrong position at this store. Taco cabana can do better. Been coming to this location since the store opened many years ago & never had an issue. This rude & racist Yolanda is a bad manager for Taco Cabana. If you want a manager that understands math & customer service she is a joke.

Desired outcome: fix the damn pricing so the idiot manager does not have to try to explain to a customer why the pricing is not in the computer over & over
