Many issues - here are 3-
1. I work for favor - the app shows that if we ask for can coke we're supposed to get one for our customers. This location - stated they couldn't do it because there were no key on the register for it showing a can coke. I explained to to them I was with favor and they were so rude... I asked for a manager and they said none was avaialble.
2. Everytime I order - they get the items wrong... When I drive through the window. I verify the items and they said I didn't ask for that. So I check my bag everytime and they still miss something... When I go into the store to tell them about it. They have an attutude. They don't care at this location. The mangers is never there, if he or she is, they never come out to speak... Not good customer service!
3.. And final complaint... This location is so filthy... I don't personally eat there... It needs an inspections, before it gets reported to the city and shut down... I had freinds order breakfast tacos there and sometime small roaches are found in the tacos... I've seen them myself...
Please have someone investiagte this, or i'll be forced to call the news and the health dept.

The tc in clear lake off bay area blvd and the one off fugua of 45... Are the cleanest and have the most freindliest professional people there. Maybe the managers there might need to take a trip to the pasadena location and clean it up?

No is not the same as rude. Hopefully in your line of work you have to say no to a customer and they accuse you of being rude. Someone needs to go to your place of work and complain about you. Also if you don't personally eat there how did you see the roaches.
