Concern for employee
I had decided to get some taco cabana the one that’s 8030 Culebra Rd while on my way home from work.I got out at 1 in the morning and when I pulled up to the window and I seen a employee by the name of Rosalinda was running around making my order fresh and I noticed that she was the only one there. Coming from someone that works at a fast food it’s so dangerous for a female employee to be all by herself late at night. I’m completely appalled that taco cabana would put their employees especially a female in such a dangerous situation. I hope that young lady gets the recognition she deserves. This is unacceptable.

We went to the location on Culebra and 1604 in San Antonio, Texas. First our box of taquitos were burned on the ends so we couldn't eat all of them threw all the burned pieces away and then our enchilada plates the sauce for the enchiladas super salty we couldn't eat that either so we called the store in hoping we can exchange for something else or a refund and he denied both. He said that's the way food there is made now which is incorrect because we eat there all the time and have never come across a problem until today 09/11/2022. The manager was rude about it and kept saying that's how there food is. Not a good way to handle customer issues or concerns. We spent almost 55.00 for dinner and for us not to eat most of it. This service is not ok.

You are understaffed for months now and the workers there are overwhelmed! My food tasted awful but it’s not their fault! First of all waited in line forever! The fajita tacos, the fajita tasted so bad and overcooked and it had the dirty grill taste! The kicking nachos too with the fajita and it didn’t come sour cream, guacamole, lettuce, it was just tortilla chips, nasty fajita and cheese. I saw the poor guys working hard but I told them I don’t blame them they are great kids working there but you are over working them and the food is not good! I want my money back! And get it staffed! It was at 4:12 we got there and we got everything at 4:40 or so.

Very poor service
I have gone on your website for general information. I have written two complains about the service that I received at the Yale location store. I still have not received any responds to the horrible service that I received. So I am going to type it again. My husband and I went to the Taco Cabana on 167 Yale St. Houston, Tx 77007 # 20343. On 07/23/2022. The time that we ordered was 1:56 p. We never got our order. We finally got a refund at 2:22 p. The employee excuse was that it was shift change. The employee claimed that they were working on our order. But never did. There were plenty of worker at the location and the customers at the drive thru were getting their food.
Desired outcome: I would like a response to this issue. I feel that I should be compensated for my time and complete waste of gas . We left the restaurant to have to find another place to eat.

I use to love taco cabana but not it is horrible service and the food sucks as well. I’ve been to 2 different locations. Atleast with chipotle that food is the same but at cabana I go to specific locations for good food and now even then it’s bad. I pulled in one day and heard silence. Finally I said “can I get assistance” then the lady said “que” I repeated my statement and she said “yes” like what do you mean. I left bad decided I was no longer dealing with that. Too many Mexican restaurants in texas to have to deal with that. Please give more pride in your customer service

Lack of service
I placed my app order at 10:39 in the morning on July 30, 2022 my estimated pick up time was 1047 arrived at around 1050 to pick it up through the drive-through. I was told I had to come inside and could not pick up in the drive-through. I was directed to the front of the building where I waited another 10 minutes and after waiting so long I came inside spoke with a gentleman and he had forgotten that he had directed me to the front. It’s either lack of training or just lazy kids that don’t give a damn about their jobs or have integrity! I have a feeling it is the latter part

We went to the Taco Cabana, 6655 N. Beach road in Fort Worth, Texas on 7/16/2022 around 2:30 pm. We ordered the street tacos combination plates with chips and sauce and guacomole. I ordered food from 3930 S Carrier Parkway in Grand Prairie . When I originally order the young lady at the window didn’t seem like she wanted to be at work . She asked me if I had enough to pay for my food. I placed my ordered asked for no beans on my meal and when I returned home I had hair in not only my nachos as well as my Falita. Upon returning the food several different employees walked up to me with a smirk asking what’s wrong with the order after already speaking to the manager whom was extremely unapologetic. Never apologize seemed very intentional . I’m extremely upset that is disgusting and ill def let everyone including Facebook know . Who knows what else happen to the food !
Desired outcome: I was only refunded for particle order and I need all my money back ! The entire $30 , the manager most def needs to be disciplined.
Breakfast tacos
Recently you started charging for cheese on breakfast tacos, though they used to come with it. So I decided to skip the cheese, but when I got the tacos home I could not believe how small they were! There was hardly any egg in them at all - about half of what I am used to getting. I am going to stop eating breakfast there. You are ripping people off - but not me anymore.

I didn’t get all my food! No one answers the phone
I stopped at a location in Dallas on my way home 15 minutes away from my home went they the drive thru got home and all my food wasn’t in the bag. I tried to call 6xs and no answer

So I placed a delivery order and I got a text saying it was on its way and then 10 minutes later I got a text saying it was canceled no refund on my money this is the second issue of having a store location I don't like this store anymore and I'm making it known

Front Ordering n Wrong product served
Taco Cabana on 8516 Fredricksburg in San Antonio Texas 78229 store has a inconsiderate n non courteous order taking person. He created a wrong order n asked me to pay. I had to correct him as he was planning to offer the additional order to one of his friend. My order was meal # 6 Bean n Cheeze Combo and they served me beef to which I’m allergic. When asked why they served me beef they said they r too busy n have no time. They did not serve my replacement for 20 mins deliberately delaying my service.
This team here has no customer service sense n have a serious attitude problem. Hope this can be resolved on priority before more customers get a poor impression of Taco Cabana.

I try to frequent this location on my way home, but enough...
my order is always wrong. the products (salsa very watery) they sell are not as good as the Addison/Monfort location(near employer).
Incomplete Online Orders
This store consistently does not provide a complete order if it is made online. This is easily the third time that I have ordered from this store, send my husband to pick it up and he gets home without the complete order.
I ordered 3 cabana bowls and a beef nacho. It seems the one item that is different from the others is always left off but it is charged.
I can tolerate it if an item is left off but not charged but this is not what is happening. I keep ordering items that are charged for but not delivered.
Very frustrating.

I went to Taco Cabana store number #20371 on 1/10/22 at 1:24 pm and was disappointed. The food was cold, no tortillas and service was horrible. The beans were cold, rice was cold. When I ordered through the drive thru - the cashier took a long time to get the order and took a long time to come back to return order. I am highgly disappointed and wish to never go back there.

I was at because we are my friends were trying to do taco cabana on4903 west bellford the person taking the order was great the people making the order were great but the Hispanic manager was very mean and very rude and did not want to give us condiments stuff is simple as jalapenos and salsa she act like it was hers and I told them I will pay for it if I have to but condiments should come with the food she was very rude and she needs to be fired November 30th about 8:45
