On Friday, February 17 I ordered the enchiladas plate with 3 cheese enchiladas but I got chicken plus they forgot my 2 margaritas, so mgr attempted to correct it so Monday he brought me a free meal only I asked for chili gravy and got Queso gravy instead. Don't plan on doing business with the Fuqua store again they can't get orders out correctly
Taco Cabana - rude service and lying employees
I just encountered one of Taco Cabana's rudest employees to date, her name is Luara, employee number 27198 according to my reciept.
She asked me to pull up when there was no one behind me in line and when I told her, the order always seems to be wrong when I do that, so I would rather not, she got attitude with me, and gave me a dirty look and rolled her eyes.
While I was waiting there for my order, my son said his sprite tasted funny and after tasting it, it ws obvious the sprite was out. I told her and she proceeded to role her eyes, again, and walk off with the sprite to get it replaced.
I called after we got our food and asked for the manager and the person who answered said that was her. I proceeded to tell her my experience and she made excuses for the employee and then acted like I should have just pulled up. I told her her tone was rude and condescending and I didnt appreciate it and would be sure to say something to corporate I called back to get the names of the drive thru person and the manager and come to find out the person who told me she was the manager, was actually the drive thru person. I asked if she was the actual manager as she had stated previously, and she said she was the shift lead. I aksed if her superior was there and she hung up on me.
Glad to see that Taco Cabana is employing such rude, inconsiderate, dishonest people. My sons and I eat there about twice a week, and as far as I am concerned, I will never return t this location, and the chances of me going to ANY Taco Cabana again is about slim to none.
I have never been more agitated and insulted after a visit to a eating establishmenet, ESPECIALLY after I called to address the issue and was met by a lying employee. Taco Cabana should be highly embarrassed that this person represents your company, especially if she is the "Manager" as she claimed.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
