Taco Cabana

Taco Cabana in Bastrop is disgusting! The employees do not wash their hands ever. Raw chicken is prepared on counters and not properly cleaned up. There are moldy dough balls under all of the shelves in the kitchen. Dirty water under the shelves never gets cleaned out. Meat is left in the warmer for days and still used. The soda machines are filled with black mold including the ice machine that is never cleaned out. Soda spouts are soaked in plain cold water but never properly cleaned. Dishes are not washed correctly. They have rats the size of cats in the entire store that climb the shelves. Salsa and cold prep is all days old before they use them and serve to customers. Employees smoke vapes inside the kitchen. Employees have sex in the dumpster area and bathroom and then return to work. Hairnets are not worn and most employees don't wear a hat. Men's restroom is covered in urine and feces covered toilet paper. Under the line is filled with old food that gets kicked under and never swept out or mopped. The grill is never cleaned. The flat top gets reused without being cleaned every day. Meat and produce are not stored properly. The walk-in has been broke for months it doesn't hold proper temperature meaning the meat, cheese and cold prep is never at the correct temperature.
