Very rude staff. They ignored to take our order after seeing us standing there for about 10min an still ignored us at the counter. Approximately waited for 15mins. Told us that drive thru comes first after looking out an seeing vehicles showing up after I have been waiting before the vehicles approached the drive thru. The manager even saw us waiting an nothing. The employee stated that there were only 2 staff working after seein 4 staff there. An sometime last week the manager had her family in there serving them free food. An one day they served spoiled beans in tacos. An very little meat in the tacos as well. Sorry customer service an sorry employees an manager. They all need to be fired. They make this location look bad an lose money.
Desired outcome: This location need new staff an Manager as well. They can't keep staff an make this location look money an customers.
