I was charged $14.94, to my credit card, for a free credit report i never received.

These people are bunch of crooks. They show free credit score, 30 days free trial credit score and then collect your credit card. When you want to cancel within 30 days they have already charged your card. They will then claim you have agreed to terms and conditions which says you have agreed to get your card charged after 9 days.
They are stealing my money as once you read on the top with large font that this is 30 days free train period, most of us do not read the terms and conditions. I alert every one in internet to not do Buisness with these thieves

SORRY YOU DIDN'T LIKE OUR ''FREE'' HA HA HA ..REPORT... 3 MONTHS LATER THEY KEEP CHARGING MY CAPITAL ONE CARD! THEN THEY FINALY CREDIT ME 2 MONTHS .. ...OFF THE HOOK, YOU WOULD THINK?...YEARS & MONTHS GO BY OF SENDING ME EMAILS, THEY EMAIL BUT I NEVER OPEN IT, , AFTER I KEPT DELEATING THEM INTO THE TRASH BUCKET, WHERE THEY BELONG...
I OPEN IT TO TELL THEM TO STOP WAISTING MY TIME ! AND GUESS WHAT ?, , , THERE TRAP GOT ME AGAIN ! SO I DIDN'T REALIZE THE NAILED ME 8 MONTHS AT $14.95 I IND OUT AFTER GETTING MY YEARS END SUMMURY ! AFTER A WHOLE WAIST OF MY TIME, AS THEY PUT ME ON HOLD 13 MIN.SHE STTES WE CAN SEE YOU HAVENT CHECKED IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT IN 8 MONTHS, SO YOU WILL GET REFUNDED ! SORRY OUR SERVICES WERE NOT NEEDED! IS THERE ANY THINK ELSE ? SO I CALL SAME # ON MY STATEMENT AGAIN AND TALK TO ANOTHER 2MONTH ONLY REFUND, ### THAT STATED '' YOU HAVE TO SEND THEM ALL THE STATEMENTS TO SHOW THE CHARGES ! I SAID NOW I KNOW WHY THERE THOUSANDS OF COMPLAINTS AGAINST ''FREE CREDIT '' HA HA HA AND SAID HOW DO YOU SLEEP AT NIGHT KNOWIN YOU WRK FOR SCAMERS WHO CON THE PUBLIC TO GIVE YOU A PAY CHECK! HOPE YOU ALL ROT IN HELL! BECAUSE IF YOU WORK FOR THEM, YOUR PART OF THE SCAM! CLICK, SHE HUNG UP ON ME ! THERE LUCKY I WASN'T IN THERE OFFICE, THATS IT FOR NOW ! You are not the only one. They have tricked about a million people so far.
It is very tricky and I think they should be shut down, because they lure you in to theior site and there is no warning when you click certain buttons that it will cost money.
Myself they stole 60 bucks and they wont give it back.
You know, if and when I get hold of any of them I will do something I will regret
