Not my first experience at this store, it had been a few months since my last visit and still the same. Store # 20293 in Austin at Hwy 620 near 2222. Waited 5 minutes for someone to take my order, then after 47 minutes for a Cabana bowl which I never got! Had to ask for my money back. Salsa bar empty, trash cans full and no food leaving the kitchen? I had hoped that this would have been addressed by now at this location but I guess not. I won't go back ever, I strongly recommend you do not go to this location. I have had good service from other stores, just not at this one. It's a shame, this store could do a huge volume, great location, but grossly mismanaged.
