Employee 113590 Mary. Although the person that took my order was not a girl named Mary it was a young man. He was obviously untrained, but that's okay oh, he was in training, I guess.
I don't know how you stay in business. It took 17 minutes to get me hey Cabana sampler and there were only two people in the entire restaurant. The female manager I was cutting up and using the f word with the employees. All five of them were standing around giggling and playing grab-[censored] while my food was not being prepared. I was in a hurry and that is why I went to Taco Cabana. I could not hardly get their attention and when I did bring it to their attention she just ignored me, Hispanic woman with a blue shirt that seemed to be a manager. Then 17 minutes later when they finally brought me my food it was freezing cold. I remember the first Taco Cabana in San Antonio. Those people would be ashamed at what has become of this great family restaurant and name. I will not be returning and I will tell everyone I know what a shambles Taco Cabana has turned into. Like I said, the restaurant was empty and I can't imagine how you make any money at all. You won't be getting any more of mine. Also, on the bottom of my receipt it says for complaints to go to cabanacares.com ironically, that site doesn't work anymore. Of course it doesn't it is probably overloaded with complaints like mine.
