On 3rd June 2019 my husband and I went to a presentation at your Austin location. It was to inform us of changes that the company had made. The sales rep was explaining about upgrades. I told him that I wasn't interested at this time. He said that he could basically get us a good deal on an upgrade, but unless we did a credit check he wouldn't know what was available to us. My husband was interested so we signed paperwork for a credit check, not once were we told that it was for a credit card. We were unaware until we received our credit card notifications today.We immediately called in to cancel them, and were told that the credit bureau would be informed of the cancellations. We are in the process of looking for a new home and this will greatly affect our credit scores. We are absolutely furious. This reflects badly upon your company. The salesmans first name was Shaun.
