I made a reservation in March. The price was $57.00 for the night of April 10, 2021. I called around 3 that afternoon to inform them that we would be checking in late due to my husband being in a rodeo at the Brazos Expo center. At first, they could not find my reservation. And, they said they were totally booked. Then, C.J., whom I assume is a manager, got on the phone. She said she found were I made the reservation for $57.00 and 3 days later it was cancelled. I informed her that I did not cancel it. She admitted it was some computer glitch and was their fault. She did find us a room, but at the rate of $180! Ridiculous. Since it was their fault it should have been at the rate I was quoted of $57.00. I'm sure they cancelled it when they found out it was parents' weekend at the college and they could book it at the higher rate. That is CRIMINAL.
I will turn this into the BBB.
