Lowe's - Craftsman Lawnmower

I purchased a Craftsman lawnmower (Model # 11A-A2T2793) from Lowe's. It worked ONE time! I put oil prior to use and emptied the lawnmower of gas after but the Carburetor went out anyway. Turns out that the carburetor was not covered under the warranty. It was an expensive one-time use disposable lawnmower. Lowe's is refusing to take it back.

Desired outcome: Refund

Lowe's - defective, broken delivered window a/c unit

Considering ive complained and written letters of concern already and once or twice spent a full day writing on my porch waiting for a swap out that was promised but never happened... This will be to the point.. As much as possible. Once again after more than a week I am sitting on this porch making sure everyone who is anyone knows that this company simply does not care about their customers (been 20 years in this town, loyalty means nothing). Even my bank usaa tells me thank you for 18 years of service with us.
Its interesting that they seem to be trying to wait the full 30 to comply (anybody knows thats the time limit for returns, a return they expect that was a delivery), however this was a scheduled delivery not a returnable item and we have documentation and photos and letters and dates and will continue to protest the worst customer service ive had in a very very long time.
Bought the unit for my autistic son, his bedroom unit quit. It was delivered broken and defective. We made sure to have documented proof it had nothing to do with us as the box was opened. We have called numerous times to numerous people and of different levels to no avail.. Met with lies and deciet and our son sleeping on the couch (of course now a cold front moves in after all this time).in the meantime our son cried from just the issue of different placement after 13 years in the same room because of his autism and its reluctance to change. Absolutely hands down the worst service ever.. And we are not young so we know service. We went from asking for a swap out (remember we paid for delivery because both our vehicles went down the same week), to saying just come get it and return our money. Funny they seemed more willing to make that trip from far away to get it instead of the 2 minute one for a swap out. All met with yea yea sure, we will. It flip flopped. I even sat on the porch so that no one could lie (I trust not a one of em) and say they came and no one was here.
I think the biggest surprise and of course because of my own thoughtlessness, I did not check others views and issues and ratings. Did you know across the board for years lowe's has a 1 star rating in customer service? And these complaints I read are high dollar, really serious complaints? My advice, considering this is my 5th of many letters and attempts to advise the public of what they will experience if you have any service issues? If the ceo doesn't care and the management laughs.. You aren't rolling the dice on purchasing from lowe's, youve already lost the game. Not to mention your pride and common courtesy from the frustration and bewilderment a company really does not care and will lie just to shut you up.
