I called republic Lowe’s to see about ordering custom floor to ceiling blinds. Which I already had measurements. They say oh you have to come into the store to do that, ok so off to the store I go they send a contractor out to measure so back to the store I go and they say well we can order them but you can’t raise them as they will be to heavy. Ok how am I suppost to clean my windows then. So I leave the store and call back to go ahead and order the $1000 mini blinds yes that’s what they quoated me! So I call back 3 times the first two I was hung up on and was placed on hold for 40 minutes the third call when someone finally answers I said wow can you get some help with mini blinds for the third time a young girl laughed real loud and placed me on hold another 29 minutes mind you it was 6 pm and the store wasn’t busy so I never ordered the blinds but at this point manards will be my new store.

I own a construction business, Christian owned and operated and have been doing business with the Lowe's in Republic Missouri for well over 10 years and move a lot of products through there. Great people great service until about 2 years ago when they hired a female named Nicole fess for the pro desk. My complaint is regarding her and her conduct around my foreman and the men on my crew. Whenever my foreman goes in she's all over him touching Patton is back rubbing her breast up against him rubbing his arms and she is gone as far as inviting him as a friend on her Facebook which caused serious problems at home between him and his wife she did not approve of the request. plus I know for a fact that she passes out contractors business cards to customers in the store who are looking for someone to do their home projects and the contractors aren't even associated with those. She is also asked my foreman if he would hire a friend of hers husband who is unemployed. Not very professional on her behalf if you ask me. So I hope and pray that this issue will be resolved soon in this employee is terminated for her misconducted actions towards married men. My crew feels very uneasy about going into the Republic store with her working there they always ask if they can use a different Lowe's to pick up materials. So for the reputation of the Lowe's in Republic Missouri I hope and pray that this issue was resolved and this employee is terminated for sexual harassment. If not I will need to take this to a higher authority thank you and you have a God blessed day.

You are confused saying you are a Christian and saying that you are a Professional. A little trip to the woodshed for you and a lesson in manners. 1. it is not any of your business to interfer with the conduct of others, no matter what you think. Not calling you a liar, but I doubt if this ever happened, More than likely you are some pervert having been rebuffed by this young lady. 2. It is not your job to run around and decide who can work anywhere and try to get someone terminated from their job. Also you are not allowed to tell your employees who they can be friends with or not. 3. Perhaps you should invite this young woman to go to church with you and your family. But remember you are not in charge of who goes to church or not either. Now I am working really hard to not declare that you are an A__hole. I am saying a prayer for you hoping your preacher sees this unkind comment you have made towards Lowes and this young woman and provides guidance. People like you having done this are the reasons why many stay away from the church's.
Just your opinion..If this was not true H.R. would not have been called in to investigate and she wouldn't have been terminated for her actions. Security cameras in the store proves her actions were not professional and apparently her conduct was enough to get her as far as being my business when it affects my life my business and my husband then it does become my business. And as far as me firing her I believe it was her own conduct and actions that did that sorry but I do not have that power. She did this to herself all alone. If she knew how to conduct her actions properly towards married men then I really doubt if this would have been an issue at all but beens she flirted and made it to where my crew members were uncomfortable to even go in there then there's a problem.And thank you for the prayer I will also say one for you that things you don't have a clue about you might get understanding. And just because I spoke the truth about the issue does not make me a A.H.. Let's not forget her actions and conduct is why she was terminated so please don't try to put the blame on me she did it plain and simple. Again I don't have that power it was all her doing not mine so please quit trying to put the blame on me when the real blame should be pointed to the young lady who caused all this.
Plus..I I never mentioned that I told my crew members who they could be friends with (n.f.) ...only 3 of us know that..right? And my opinion if a woman's going to be friends with a married man but shun his wife what's that got to say about her...red flags..not a very nice or God filled person.. what I've studied it's called an abomination against God's marriage covenant. And may God have mercy on her soul
