My wife and I had a really bad experience flying Aeromexico on January 17th. We both the tickets in December to see our family in Brazil. We had couple options, but we decided to take a Aeromexico flight to try if for the first time. We normally get American. We took 2 bags each along with two flight in bags and a person item (acoustic guitar) that I always take on my trips. On our way back to Dallas coming from Rio, we had two connections: one in Sao Paulo and another in Mexico. We did the check-in and Gol Arlines. We dispatched all bags and I was going to take my guitar with me in the plane, but the Gol Arline's agente gave me the option to dispatch if with no cost. I decided to do so. We flew to Sao Paulo. Now, we were on board in Sao Paulo on our way to Mexico. The flight attendant called both of us and told us to pay for the 5th bag which us the guitar that Gol dispatched as a personal item with no cost. She assaulted us saying that we were going to lose the flight. We exhausted almost left behind. We decided to pay the fee because we have responsibilities in Dallas. I want to report this issue and ask for and solution. We won't recommend Aeromexico to anybody. We are part of a large community of Brazilians and Spanish people and will do our best to let everyone know about how Aeromexico treat their clients. Ticket number: [protected]
