I waited in the drive through line at least 10 minutes. There was one car ahead of me not moving. I finally got out of my car and went to the window (in the rain) to ask what the problem was. Rachel told me this person in front of me had ordered something and it was taking a while and he we just all had to wait. I asked why he couldnt just pull up and out of the way so the others behind him could get their orders. She told me that was just the way they did it. I said it was very inconsiderate for other customers. She was not nice and basically just waived me on to leave. I did not get my order and went across the street to Jack in the Box where I will definitely go next time. The car behind me that had already ordered and had been waiting too kept driving too.
Will not be back.
