Krogers generally fills my prescription. My dr sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy in Nov. I had it filled. The next time I had the dr send it back to Krogers. On Jan 2 2023 on Jan 6 The Krogers told me I could get it filled on Jan 14 that I had had it filled at a different pharmacy and Insurance would not allow refill until then. On Jan 14 I called and ask about it being filled. They hung up on me. I called back they put me on hold then the phone rang they put it back on hold. then it rang until it hung up. I called back the same thing happened they would hang up on me. When I finally called enough that they finally took the call they were extremely ugly about filling my prescription. They said you had it filled at another pharmacy and it will not be ready until monday three days later I told them I was out of medicine I told them that the pharmacist had told me I could pick it up on the 14. They hung up I will transfer and never go back! Horrible service do not use Kroger Pharmacy!
Desired outcome: Fill prescriptions on time. Stop lying and Hanging up on customers. Mostly stop holding customers hostage just because you get pissed off at them That is not how you do business or keep customers.
