I stop on this race track Sunday about 11:30 PM for buy gas and use the restroom and I walk to the restroom and this black tall guy the name employe MURRELL he tollmy whit bad attitude you can you the restroom and I ask why he don't want me use the restroom .and 1 supervisor I ask can I used the restroom he tollmy yes well MURRELL HE WAS SO MAD AND HE TOLLMY BEFORE I LEFT BUNCH OF BULLSHEET CHALLENGE TO FIGHT ME HE TOLL ME I AM HERE TOMORROW AND OLD WEEK.HE IS CRAZY YOU HAVE TO FIRE RIGHT AWAY AM DESAPOINTED OF RACE TRACK SERIUS I TELL YOU HAVE TO NO HOW TREAT THE COSTUMERS, I TELL
I NO BECAUSE I AM MANAGER OF RESTAURANT AND YOU NO WHAT IS WRONG
AND YOU CAN SEE THE VIDEO HOW TREAT THE PEOPLE HE THINK BECAUSE THE AREA OF THAT LOCATION ITS ALLOT PEOPLE HUMBLES YUNKYS HE CAN TREAT EVERYBODY LIKE GARBAGE HE IS GROWN REALLY WRONG THANKS . AND I HOPE YOU CAN FIX THIS PROBLEM RIGHT AWAY ?

I'm currently in rough times living out of my car, and this racetrac is my go to cause it's close to where I work and sleep. I don't make a lot of money and I'm by no means rich, but over 50% of my income is on survival which is food, drinks, and gas. And where do I come for all 3 of those 90% of the time? Here. So when an employee named "Marcy" (Spanish looking, maybe mixed races with something else like half Mexican, or she's Puerto Rican, or Columbian, or maybe Italian, but dark skinned, and wearing entirely too much lipstick and make up.) yells at me and BANS ME FROM THE STORE for walking out with a cup of WATER (never stole from the store and spent probably a grand or two just on ice cream and candy alone), I feel completely disrespected, and this employee needs to be fired or disciplined. Her logic is very flawed, since banning me (when I I never even stole, water should be free and at the moment I was broke and dehydrated that should not be a $.42 policy there should be a broke and homeless clause policy) only costs the store hundreds and thousands of dollars in the long run .

I walked into Racetrac and bought a soda and waited for my ride outside in the waiting area. My ride said it would be about a hour before they came. While I waited the Manager Marcie was dressed in a Staight outta Dallas t shirt told me that the restroom is closed. She only had the men's room blocked off. No one was cleaning it. 30 mins went by and she still had the restroom blocked. I was charging my phone in the waiting area and she made me unplug it. It's 60 degrees outside and she running the outside fans. I understand they have problems with the homeless sometimes but I feel like she shouldn't assume that I'm homeless and keep me from the bathroom and deny me access to a outside plug because in her mind I'm just trying to hang around the store. First off I came inside and I bought something so that made me a Customer. Running the fans in cold weather, blocking the bathroom and denying access to the outside plug will run Customer away. She could have handled the situations way more professional than she did. Her tone was rude and so was her facial expressions as she made a point to deny access to the things I needed as I waited.
