Arrived on holiday, July 5th, where the Whatburger site was not busy with 3 autos ahead of me. I asked for a plain double meat whataburger just the sandwich. It took 10 mins to get through the drive thru with the man in the window dragging his feet in getting the sandwich after paying for it. Words of impatient ensued. Then I had 4 employees looking at me with one waving buh bye. I told them I would be complaining about the slow service. Order #592297 at store #799. Maybe you can tell the [censored]s how much negativity is caused because they are slow and lazy on a holiday? Very poor service and very poor attitude by all of them.
Desired outcome: More training on Customer Service and why a drive through should be fast, not slow. Respect for the customer should also be taught. Customers pay their salaries and being disrespectful will spread like a wildfire.

Went through drive thru. Ordered BOB AND BISCUIT WITH SCRAMBLED EGG AND KRISPY BACON. Drove several miles to my home and noticed, No scrambled egg on biscuit, just bacon and no Mayo . Tried calling, but no one answered! Very disappointed .
