Arrive this morning 6am 3 ladies in the front just hoarse playing. Took them forever to process 2 scratch off. 2 different ladies took turns trying to assist me. They need extra training on how to do the job and work place etiquette. Very unprofessional on the Associates chosen to represent racetrac. I am a very unhappy customer. Hope they are corrected on how to reflect proper work etiquette.

RaceTrac - I am complaining about my manager : carlos
I am a employee for RaceTrac in Ducanville. My manager Carlos has consistently been bullying me in a unprofessional manner. I had done my nails for the first time and went on staurday with them and he didnt say anything yet when I went back on Monday he said they were against policy when they are 1/2 a Inch! He has been treating me like a idiot and speaking on behave of my relationship which is none of his concern. Speaking rude to many customer and I am in contact with a lot of customers who want him gone. He becomes aggressive and starts treating less then dirt. He fires everyone for no reason or little reasons. And I also want to speak of when I first got hired HE DIDNT TRAIN ME AT ALL! A fellow Associate had to train me because he wouldn't! On top of that he would get vocal with me when I didnt know what to do when he never even trained me! Our ice cream room has ants there is dead ones in the waffle cones. He consistently is never prepare and we are always missing materials and have to face angry customers, along with that he would use his cell phone to play his own music while fixing the backroom area. But would write us up when we would do it. He tells a fellow Associate to make him a special request of egg with bacon and doesn't pay for it but writes us up for eating a written off item. He has never tried to fix the pump printer even though we have constant complaints from the customers about that issue. Even regulars customers are always asking why it has never been fixed. The window cleaners have never been done because "his too busy". I am so tired of being attack by this man and I will stand my ground. I am a good employee and I am not the only one who is also being attack by this man I have other employees who are also getting treated like me.
