Sport Clips - Employee dissatisfaction

The location was 2701 N Mesa St suite b, El Paso, TX. I went in for a haircut for my break during school and I willingly chose to go with the stylist named Anna. I had her only once, but she exhibits the same haircutting behaviors like last time as she displayed this time. She rams the hairclipper against your head very quickly and doesn't wait for instruction. She did that today (10/21/21) but it was obvious this time she was in no mood to cut anyone's hair. I believe she was in an argument with another stylist because as I was waiting another girl walked out on her break disgruntled and so I assume Anna and this girl were arguing about something, thus Anna took it out on me. She said the cut was on the house since "she didn't know what I wanted", but it actually came out fine, but the whole ordeal was just awful. I know what I want and it's the same cut every time and she shouldn't have to question it since it's on the little transcript from the previous haircut. It is obvious she has the personality trait of being in charge (even if she is a manager or not) and she got upset on her own accord, not from my indecision, rather letting her emotions cloud her process. She tried explaining the options to me, but at that point I didn't know how to respond because I felt under pressure by her. Even if I as the customer fail to explain myself, the other girls always get it just the way I want it and they don't show their frustration, not that I'm saying I'm a difficult customer. No. Anna was having a bad day and she cuts hair way too fast, and this could have gone much worse for her if it was another customer. I'm upset that I have to go to another location because of the tension she'll rub off on other stylists I were to show up again. Hopefully they recognize her unprofessional behavior and not just say I was a bad customer. I work retail. I know both sides.
