Freightliner Trucks / Daimler Trucks North America - D.E.F issues

I brought my 2015 Freightliner Cascadia to Fort Worth, TX Premier Truck Group (Freightliner) for DEF issues. They claimed that they fixed it by doing a SCR test and then Regened the truck for three hours. I paid around $1300.00 for this and thought truck was fixed. Drove 63 miles down the road and then DEF light started flashing with all the engine lights on again. Truck started derating to 5mph. Forced regened the truck and went back to dealership. Shop did another test and regened the truck again. Charged me more money and I don’t know why for something that they failed to fix the first time. I drove 68 miles down the road and the same thing happened again. Had to regen the truck and return back to shop. This was the third time of me returning. A whole week of not getting the truck fixed by this particular Freightliner shop. Now they claim that they have to email Freightliner headquarters on what to do next while I’m wasting money waiting for proper service on my truck. I’m losing money and these people act like it’s not a big deal. Like it’s my fault that they don’t know what they are doing. I don’t live in Texas so I’m frustrated that I have to deal with the poor service. I have a family to take care of and the way they are acting is ridiculous. I’ve never had a problem with freigtliner not ever being able to fix any of my trucks for the past 25 years. This doesn’t make sense to me.

Desired outcome: I really want my money back on the labor from the first two times in the shop. Also I want my truck fixed properly. This is the least that can be done being that I had to pay someone to deliver the load that I was under to El Paso, TX.
