I placed an online order on 4623. When I got home I did not have my sweet potato with my meal. I was told they could refund me for the sweet potatoe or I could come back and pick up my sweet potato. This is the third time I have had a problem with my on line order. This not acceptable. Bailey was the manager on duty for that day. I feel I should have been compensated for my meal and not just the potato. This is an inconvenience for the customer. I believe the food should be checked with the customer before they leave the restaurant. I will not be returning to the roadhouse,
Desired outcome: I feel I should happen compensated for my whole meal and not just the potato. I shouldn’t have to take it this far to resolve a problem.
