On April 7th between 5:45- 6:00 AM I spilled some coffee on the counter causing me to place my wallet on the counter while trying to grab my cup, I left the wallet and clerk never call out so I could return, she waited for me to leave to take the money from my wallet $103 to be exact. When I returned to the store she handed me the wallet without the money and when I asked for the money back she claimed there was no money. I have been a loyal customer for years and bring my business to the store in 5353 panther creek pkwy in Frisco TX every day. If this issues doesn’t get resolved I won’t ever buy anything from here again. I also requested a video footage the same day and after an email saying they would contact me in 1-2 days I never heard back from racetrack.
Desired outcome: I want my money back and the employees to face consequences for her theft
