I went to your location at Beltline and I-30 to pick up my prescriptions. I arrived at the pharmacy at 2:23 pm on 1/27/22.
A person named Chelsea waited on me. She had a bit of an attitude (didn't really seem happy to be at work. I figured she was new since I had not seen her before.)
I paid for my purchase and she put my bag in the drawer at the pick up window.
Then she nonchalantly told me that she had put my change in the bag with the scripts.
I hit the roof! In this day and time who puts change and dollar bills in a bag with items that are supposed to be clean? Thats like putting the Covid virus in the bag!
I found the pharmacist and told him what happened. I informed him that I expected him to refill my scripts and I wanted them ASAP.
Then I guess Chelsea decided to try and upset me by glaring obviously at me. I ignored it. As nasty as her actions were, her person wasn't clean either. She was dressed badly and her attitude matched her demeanor.
This girl needs to be gone from your employ. I won't fill anything there again as long as she is there.
Desired outcome: Chelsea GONE.

I have previously worked for Kroger in the Cincinnati area, 15 years collectively. After leaving their employ and moving to the DFW area four years ago, I have seen a drastic decline in customer service. I understand that the most recent pandemic has caused supply and hiring issues. What really puzzles me is why are so many employees unfriendly, sloppily dressed, and the store’s overall appearance looks dirty and unkempt?
Additionally, the technology of que vision was added to the stores. This interprets customer volume and the need for a particular amount of cashiers. This seems to be a procedure that is ignored. My most recent visit had a queue line of 8-10 people and only 5 u scan registers were open and not any cashier operated registers open. This makes for a difficult checkout process when you have a cart full of groceries.
Realistically, I expect occasional incidents. Not an issue on every visit. Whether it’s a filthy walk-in dairy cooler or a cashier rifling through my bagged groceries ( which I had to bag) to see if I had purchased a particular item so I can use my 50 cents off coupon. It has gotten to the point where I take pictures of my coupon items to show the cashier.
One might ask “ Why do you continue to shop there?” There are several other dirty stores with unfriendly employees to chose from! I enjoy using the coupons that are mailed to me and the product selection is generally available. I find most meat and produce better than other stores.
