Awful customer service! First day they came to hook up our cable, they used the shortest cable in the living room so the box cannot be moved at all. The second box in a bedroom was so short, it was basically like a clothesline that went across the room! When we called them to correct this major issue, they wanted to charge another $65 to "fix" it. When we refused to pay for their mistake we got a bunch of attitude from the person who answered the phone and were told a manager would call us to handle. That was 3 months ago and we still have not heard back. We ended up fixing the cable issue ourselves.
Now, we have a billing error, where they are charging me 3 times for 2 different movies. I've tried calling for days now and the wait time is always over 20 minutes and the call back never comes. The call back message stated they still can't find a rep to call us back so make another appointment that could take up to a week! Meanwhile, they are charging us late charges for not paying the bill which is incorrect and we can't get them to answer the damn phone to have corrected! I would not use this company ever, but am at their mercy as they are the only provider in the area. I've read the reviews and they are just as terrible as everyone said. Every worry I had from having to use this company has come to light. Terrible, terrible company. Also, the cable sucks! The remote is not intuitive and most of the paid cable channels are not in HD so we have a tiny movie playing on our 82 inch TV. Beyond frustrated with this company and the second I can dump them for another company I will!
