Regus - Virtual office

Your system is charging incorrect late fees, not in line with the schedule. Even if you charged the $25 monthly plus 1%, as outlined in the agreement, the fees you are adding does not align. This whole experience with you all is overly underwhelming. Worst decision for my business was to chose you all. Now I'm paying for service that I'm not giving. Mail is being returned to sender after 5 days of sitting in a single file cabinet behind the desk. No storage shortage from what I saw first hand. Everyone will know, and I hope it saves someone else the grief and they make a better decision than we did to entrust you all with our business. You all are poisonous to small business. $49/mo for a year ha quickly went to $85/mo, plus service being suspended. So while like still being charged and accumulating fees that do not align with contract. My mail is being returned to sender as if my business does not exist. This company is scamming people out of millions.

Desired outcome: Refund of overcharged fees and some type of customer service that doesn’t involve perpetuation of a horrible experience.!

Hi Sandy, Just wanted to provide you with this contact that will help you deal with Regus as you are not alone in this and many have fallen victims to Regus and are now taking legal action. The reason I also provided the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau's contact is, as it turns out, that what Regus does with your financial information by signing up consumers for auto billing and taking out undisclosed fees, creating phantom accounts and continually billing well after contracts have terminated is also considered financial crimes in most states. Some which carry felony charges based on the amount taken from the consumer without consent by Regus.
