Please note that I had a consultation in May of 2023 in which a payment was made to prepare my bottom partial. This was to be ready for extractions on July 29th 2023, as I discussed that I am a liver transplant survivor who had two important events where I must attend. On the day of the extractions on July 29th 2023, all went well and my partial was available, but did not fit, as told by the attending dentist. I was very concerned, and was told that a rush would be requested to be ready by July 30th. My partial is still not available, and absolutely today and it is July 14th 2023 with absolutely no communication unless I call. I have missed my events and meetings and any type of professional engagements. The most important reason I am concerned is simply the absolute silence and avoidance I feel everyday, by being put on hold and dismissed by any staff who could simply communicate with me, the customer who chose to give Brident a chance after being cleared by my physicians that Brident Dental was safe.
Desired outcome: : My partial teeth as soon as possible please.: I would like Brident Dental to consider whether or not any sort of prepayment for a rush on any Dental work necessary? Your attention is appreciated.
