Burger King

They get absolutely no starsss!
The other day I went through the drive thru. And ordered a meal which I had a coupon for stating (a burger a small fry and small drink!) I asked for a sprite and also a oreo shake! When I got to the window I paid and took a look at my receipt which was just as I ordered charged for the 5$ meal including a burger drink and fry with a charge for a oreo milk shake! The mexican gay guy who took my payment at the window had worst customer service and attitude I have ever experienced! He gave me the shake and the burger and fry but no sprite... So I politely ask for the sprite. He rudely says "oh you want a sprite that's 1.39" I said no it comes with my meal. He said I gave you a shake! I said no you charged me for a shake... Also showing him on my receipt he rudely continued to yell over me that he gave me a shake! And was refusing to give me the sprite I should give him an additional 1.39. So to help his ignorant [censored] understand I said "well hey ring up a shake and tell me the price of it because it's clearly an additional charge on my receipt for the shake you didn't give me a shake instead of the sprite!
He proceeds to shut the window in my face yelling that I can come inside to talk to his manager rolling his eyes poping off in a nasty manner! I said well ask him to come to the window he yells" um no im not doing that if you want to talk to my manager you can drive around and come inside its cars behind you "so I asked was the number on the receipt the store number he yells out the window to the car behind me" um she wont moveee "slam the window and doing very derogatory gestures. The lady in the car behind me comes and asked what was the issue I told her she simple understood and knocked on the window and asked him for the sprite and tried to explain to him as well... He rudely yells and throwing his hands around saying" im give you it this time, just go get out if here!"I said ok i'm still calling.. As I call someone answers unprofessionally" hello "I start talking and the person hangs up.. He comes back to the window shoves the sprite at me while i'm asking a question" I dont know I dont know get outta hereee" throwing his. Hands at me to leave.
This was absolutely the worst experience customer service I have ever received.
