I paid $40 to fill my car up on Tuesday, Jan. 31st at the Circle K Store #2742636 on Pump 1. I had plans on traveling to Louisiana Saturday, Feb. 4th to attend my uncle's funeral service. When I got off work Friday, Feb. 3rd, I decided to refill so I didn't have to stop and put gas Saturday morning. I paid for $25 to refill at the Circle K Store #2742636 this time I was on Pump 2. My car didn't take the $25, it took $15.16 to top it off. Saturday, Feb. 4th, traveling I-10 E to Louisiana around 9am my car started losing power. Pulled over to a gas station right between Vidor and Beaumont. When I pulled over my car just killed. My Dad got it to start, and we got it to AutoZone. The gentleman in the store suggested we try to get it to the Volkswagen dealership because I drive a Volkswagen Passat. We got the car started and as we were traveling to get it to the dealership, my car stopped on the highway. We were 8 minutes from the dealership. We called a tow and we waited for hours until the tow truck came. When the dealership finished with the diagnostic, the diagnostic came back with a report of fuel contamination possible water. Enclosed are pictures of the damage, receipts from Circle K with dates, and the receipt from the tow.
Desired outcome: I would like an apology and for Circle K to pay for my repairs and the tow fee.
