I would like to submit a complaint about the realtor listed for the property on 10110 golden sunshine, houston, tx 77064. I was a prospective buyer for this house. I am not currently working with a realtor but already have a pre-approval letter. I went to the property and called the realtor that was on the sign. I gave her all the information that I just described above and stated; "I know it is last minute but I was wondering if you can show me the property today or could we schedule a showing." she went on to rudely state that must people are at church on sundays and couldn't possibly show me the property and that she does not work for free and if she was to send a realtor to me would I work with her. She went on to complain that she just can not be going around opening doors for me because she wouldn't make any money like that. This behavior is completely inappropriate and unwarranted. I was not asking her to show me houses but only "a" house that she was listed as a representative for the seller for. I was asking her to show me the house that her client was selling and not for her to go around opening homes at my leisure. I do intend on escalating this complaint further. The phone number I called was 8326894873. Her behavior was extremely rude and if she is not motivated to sell a home for her seller she should be taken off the listing. I will also be contacting the seller regarding this matter.
