On August 8, 2019 @2:20 the bus left Houston to arrive in Baton Rouge at 7:20 due to an incident on the bus we were delayed for an hour therefore we late getting to our designation. The situation was a very unsafe and unwanted for my daughter, me and others. This is the first time that this type of situation has occur since the times that I have been riding the MegaBus. I strongly believe that I'm entitled to some form of refund or compensation. The Reservation Number-#77/[protected]-M74R-1420-HOU-BAT, DATE:August 7, 2019. Please respond soon because we need to return to Houston soon and want to feel safe and secure .
