Memorial Hermann Health System - Radiology receptionist

I was never given my discharge paperwork from the ER so I went up there to get it. The ER receptionist was very nice and gave me a number to medical records. I called them and they sent me to radiology where I was told I could come and get a CD but no paperwork. I then went up there and asked for help getting paperwork because I was scared instead of miscarrying, I may have an ectopic pregnancy since I still had a lot of pain in an ovary and that's why I really needed my paperwork. The Caucasian girl working at 2pm on 7/20/23 at the radiology front desk on the left side was the coldest, unhelpful person I've ever met. I was run around in circles, she refused to make any effort to help me other than get me a CD I couldn't even look at. Again, all I wanted was my discharge papers or someone to tell me I wasn't ectopic. She finally gave me a number to call, and the man told me he'd have my paperwork to me in 15 days. At this point I'm still in pain and extremely upset and in tears. She then tells me "There's people here who are ACTUALLY sick you need to chill out." as if losing a baby and being in pain was nothing of importance to her. She then called 4 security guards to stand there and stare at me. Finally, a nice security guard asked me what was going on and I explained to her the circles this woman was putting me in She agreed the situation was absolutely ridiculous and got someone to call a doctor who kindly agreed to print out my discharge paperwork even though she couldn't go over it with me and I was fine with that. I work in customer service myself and was absolutely floored when that sentence came out of her mouth. She needs some serious training. I'm so thankful for the helpful security guard.

Desired outcome: I'd like a call confirming that you got this message and let me know that she will at least be spoken too. Everyone needs a job; I'm not coming after hers but the way she treated me knowing my situation was completely unacceptable.
