The bill for my Dad pd by Daughter.Billing Department continues to send bills after payment sent by check and check cleared. Daughter called to confirm payment but representative would not speak to Daughter without Dad’s permission-Dad 88 yrs old with dementia- I called frm cell while on landline. He gave info-struggled. Upset beyond belief now!
Desired outcome: Complaint to top Personnel Leadership. Unacceptable how this was handled. Want this representative FIRED!!!!
