Arjun Dupati and office when called to set up appt lied about standard procedure that they said he could do, flagrant fraud and theft,...repeatedly with precision defined no greys procedure needed, most experienced dermatologists can do this procedure (had to rush emergency appt with a ethical and legitimate dermatologist somewhere else), in addition did not price out appt and grossly price gouged (amongst other parties involved in this atrocity American Academy of Dermatologist confirmed), especially in the context of communicated no insurance and an imperative endpoint timeline approaching, obviously would not made appt if didn't do the procedure, repeated requests and have not refunded, scam, no moral compass,cowardliness, "targeting and preying" on the most vulnerable is 100% opposite of American values and ethics

My niece went to the ER for a broken nose and her sister went inside with her not knowing it’s not allowed and the bald security guard went to my nieces face and yelled at her with his nasty finger to her face. Luckily a man wasn’t there because I promise he wouldn’t have done that. I will take charges until he gets taken care of. This happened 4-7-23 around 6pm.
Beaumont pain clinic
Recently I had spinal surgery at Beaumont Troy, performed by MOSS Dr. Vibert was my surgeon. This was the seventh spine surgery I've had at Beaumont Troy. My wife worked at Beaumont Troy for 40 years before her retirement last year. We are a Beaumont family our entire lives. Her mother also retired from Beaumont.
So my complaint is. Dr. Vibert referred me to Beaumont Pain Clinic due to a continued problem causing me great pain all the time complicated by a recent diagnoses of an ascending aortic aneurysms. The constant pain has made my blood pressure out of control, my blood glucose out of control and when I presented my problems and fears to Ben PA he explained the protocol for opiate pain relief. I had explained to Ben that the dose I was currently taking was not touching my high level of pain and causing me great stress, including sleepless nights and lack of any joy in my existence. It seemed that I didn't fit the protocol. I'm a registered nurse and I have never expected my patients to fit into my boxes.
So that explains my first visit, I accepted the low dose for a month and tried to make it due. The worst month I've ever spent in my life. So on my visit Dec 28 I again explained my fears regarding my blood pressure and the risk of the aneurysm bursting, he denied any additional help. When I tried to explain how the stress affects blood pressure and blood glucose. The release of fight or flight hormones critically affect blood pressure and blood glucose. He replied he didn't know that much about stress hormones, he said his job was dispensing narcotics. When I agreed to go to this clinic I thought I was being seen by Dr. Pappas not a PA. I was never evaluated by any doctor at that clinic and it seems that Ben might not have the knowledge or education to adequately treat complex medical issues. He then explained that he didn't want to have this discussion every month and that he would refer me to addiction medicine or a palative program maybe as a punishment because I didn't fit his mold? Well one problem with that is my pain level, I don't have an addiction problem, I have a pain problem. Why in 2022 am I being treated like a drug seeking junkie.

Melinda from ct scan appointments line
I called to make a CT scan appointment for my dad on 12:28/2022 at 1:00 pm. Melinda was extremely rude to me. She seems like she hated her life and reflecting on the callers. Her tone/voice was very frustrating which I have never experienced from Beaumont health employees. Beaumont is known to have good customer service but Melinda is definitely not suitable for her job.
Beaumont Urgent Care Office WOODWARD AVE.
I have been calling Beaumont's Urgent Care Since Last Week about a prescription thanks goodness it’s nothing life threatening, I work up the street from the urgent care and they’re not that busy so I thought to call in. Wrong , these people will not pick up the phone tell you to hold or anything you will sit on the line until the automated system tells you everyone is busy and hangs up on you…..I have been calling today since 3:50 pm it is now 4:50 pm safe to say someone isn’t doing their jobs.
Beaumont inquiries on my credit report
I went to refinance my vehicle with my own CU, & that when I found out Beaumont had 8 inquiries on my credit report. I was very concerned. Got more concerned when NO ONE cared. 1. I was not a patient, so there was no reason for any one to be in my epic chart. 2. No returned calls, no answers. finally, I brought in my credit report to a manager in Registration & she confirmed, some one was verifying my address in Epic, but could not tell me why. I was not a patient. For the 1st time in my life, I had to get a co signer, for a $20,000.00 They tell you inquiries don't effect you credit score. Yes they do! you are allowed so many & it effects your score 5 to 7%. The Registration manager could not believe this was on my credit report. The only response I got was read to me by the complaint dept.. was: (We will not do it again) Read to me by some random joe/jane sitting at a desk who did not give a care. If they are doing it to me, as an employee... who was not a patient. They are doing to others. Check your credit reports.
Desired outcome: I would like to file a HIPPA violation, I have had fraud done to my name, I don't know if some one is stalking me. Steeling/selling my information. My husbands medical record was gone into also. For no reason, he was not a patient,
$250 for covid test from Beaumont urgent care
My employer suggested that I have go to Beaumont urgent care for a covid test after there were several cases at work and I was going home to visit my elderly parents. I was very shocked to get the bill for $250. If they would have been transparent about this I would have went elsewhere. Apparently insurance covered the cost of the test itself... I'm assuming the $250 is because I walked in the door of the urgent care center. Patient experience at Beaumont Taylor
I want to share my experience at the Beaumont Hospital Taylor location. On June 20 I was admitted to the ER with breathing problems. I spend 5 days at your hospital. During my stay, I experience a horrible incident during the four days. During my stay, one of the clerks called my son. She informed him my insurance was being changed from Medicare to Medicaid.Also, I was to be moved to a nursing home I was shocked when my son called me and told me what was going on. I'm an independent retired woman from G.M I have Medicare and traditional Blue Cross Traditional insurance. I felt that I would be forced to go to a nursing home. This event stressed me to the point of worrying that I would be moved. Luckily my son talked to the clerk. I would not move anywhere. Also, I don't babysitters My daughter called and said the same thing. Soon the clerk comes into the room. She apologizes she mixed up the paperwork,I had been confused with someone else. My thought is what would have happened if my son had not taken the clerk? Would you move me to a home without my permission? In all, I can say this was not a pleasant experience. It makes me wondering other patients have been moved without their permission.

Kitchen staff does not wear gloves or hair net. She also pets dogs and cats without washing her hands afterwards. Has hair all over apron. Black mold all over building inside. I had a OB/GYN surgery scheduled at Beaumont Royal Oak on May 11 2022. I was very nervous about having the procedure that was to be performed and didn't process a lot of the instructions that was given to me and because I forgot that I had eaten a few blueberries but remember and informed the anesthesiologist when asked a person by the name of Lou who looked to be of Asian descent went ballistic and raising her voice saying " YOU ATE BLUEBERRIES YOU DIDN'T TELL ME THAT. WHY EOULD YOU EAT BLUEBERRIES WHEN YOU WERE TOLD NOT TO"? She quickly walked out of the room in a huff and in a loud unprofessional manner said "SHE ATE BLUEBERRIES " and proceeded to speak about me as if I was not in the room and she did not return. I started to cry and one of the nurses who was very kind gave me a hug and comforted me. This Lou person was cold from the start and not the kind of energy I want around me especially before major surgery.
employment scam
All started April 9th when I found a remote data entry position on LinkedIn. I was offered the position in an official looking offer letter with very favorable perks to include a $35/hour salary, bonuses, training, equipment necessary to do the work provided by Beaumont. The person I was dealing with was Erin Shadwell, from HR.
I'm not easily fooled, but this scam was extremely sophisticated and well thought out and planned.
Prior to my "training" Erin sent me an "Assessment" wherein I had to provide answers to several questions that would determine my eligibility to work remotely. My Assessment was approved for "home office".
In the offer letter there was a page included that specified software I'll need and a listing of equipment that Beaumont will provide.
I was sent a check IN THE AMOUNT OF $4,500.00 via Fed Ex from Beaumont.
I was to deposit the check and then would be provided further direction as to how to purchase the equipment.
I deposited the check, a normal hold was placed and after the hold expired, the check was released.
My further instruction was to PayPal monies to a Kevin Nelson, the "dealer" who would prepare the equipment, install the software in my new computer, etc.
The monies were sent and I'm in the process of waiting for PayPal's decision as to whether to reverse the charges or the loss of the entire amount.
Bonus not received
I worked the timeframe to receive my bonus just like everyone else and human resources is denying me my bonus. I am entitled to my bonus according to the simple rules and I have proved it to HR and yet I am still being told I am not entitled. I can't get ahold of anyone higher bc apparently they don't have it set up to speak to higher powers so I am left leaving this complaint! I'm sick of getting the run around and I WANT MY BONUS! I DESERVE MY BONUS! AND I WOULD APPRECIATE SOME COOPERATION!

Dr. Gaith Tayeb
Yesterday I went to an appointment at Rochester Endoscopy Center to have an endoscopy done by Dr. Gaith Tayeb.
We talked about medications and when he said he wanted to prescribe me 40mg Panteprazole. I told him no do not because I get that from the VA and my doctor wants me to take 20 29 mg twice daily. He acknowledged by saying that was ok and then he would not send in the order to Express Scripts.
At 4:00 pm I check my email and there is one from Express Scripts that the 40mg Panteorazole I requested not to be filled got filled because the doctor ignored me and sent in the order anyway.
I no longer want this doctor doing anything for me and from this point on any gastroenterology services, gastric biopsies, endoscopic, colonoscopies, nothing. I also want to be immediately paid $10.00 for the script that I did not authorize to begin with.
I will be following up with the State Attorney General's Office and LARA next week to see if there is some remedy under the law.
Desired outcome: Refund of $10.00
unethical billing
We called urgent care and asked what we would be charged for a covid test. They said it was FREE. Then we received a bill for 250.00! When I called they said the office visit wasn't free. Bait and switch? I can go to CVS and truly get it for free. I can't afford 250.00 every time I need a covid test and I'm sure there are others that can't either. So while we're trying to do the responsible thing, you're forcing us to choose NOT to get tested! Shame on you.
Desired outcome: Address billing. Don't make me sit on hold for hours. Change your fees for office visit.
Urgent care
This is the 3rd time I have entered a complaint. I have not yet received a response yet. On September 1 I tested positive with a HomeKit for COVID-19. I set up an appointment with the Taylor urgent care. I went to my appointment and was told to wait in my car and they would call me when I was my turn. I sat in my car for one hour and 15 minutes, not feeling very well. I wanted to get tested by professionals. When my phone rang it was a MA who was very rude, very inconsiderate and very unempathetic. I registered this complaint twice with no response. She told me that since I tested positive form my HomeKit that I should never have made the appointment and that I should just go home and quarantine. My question is, since I wrote on reason for appointment that I had tested positive, why did I have to wait one hour and 15 minutes in my car to just be rejected? Any response whatsoever would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.
I don't work for Beaumont, but am a Nurse, and I apologize for how you and your son were treated, if these people are so afraid of Covid, then they need to find work in another field. I had covid pneumonia and have been vaccinated, and you and your boy should have been treated better. If you boy had the flu, would they have acted like so horrible? I hope your boy is ok.
That's a shame that no one has responded. What is more a shame is the lack of empathy.

My son was very sick most likely he had COVID. He had fever and blood come out his mouth when he cough or spits . We went to Beaumont hospital in Dearborn. They had chairs outside the hospital for people who are sick with Covid to wait outside. We waited for more than 4 hours, my son was freezing cold and shaking we were unprepared with heavy cloth to stay outside for 4 hours when I talked to the nurse she started yelling at me saying your son has Covid and there blood coming out of his mouth ! THAT WHY I AM HERE . So Rude the most disgusting hospital I ever heard of .

Well my regret to went to Beaumont Taylor is about my stay there is the low response from the nurses when you call for help. They have writing on the ceiling of each room Don't fall call for help, I was attached to a bunch of wires to my hearth and my iv . until I learned to disconnect and move my self special to go bathroom. Most to the time they show and turn off the emergency button. Terrible help with worst time in the night. And if that is not enough when I was in er room they brought one men in bad shape had to call the cops. after they move him brought another man with mental issues. That got on my nerves and told them move me another room because I wasn't planning to pass all night with that person. Was scary the way he was talking. I'm an old lady to stand for those things. Later they move me up to another room. And if this wasn't enough after the 3er day They call my son because trying to send me a nurse home and want to put on Medicaid ? I didn't understand since I have a good insurance because I'm retired from G'M plus medicare ,my son was so pissed and star discussing with them and call my other kid two more wish all cursed and upset left work to see they not Kidnapped me. Later on, the woman who takes care of those things come to me and said how sorry she was too many times to me . She mixes my documents whit another person ( men) . The next day I sign myself out. I think if I don't have my kids I don't know where I will be. People be careful when you go over there. But I had to say some nurses in ER treat me nice. and last nurse call Christ was so nice when I signed to keep out myself. This event was from Monday 20 to 24 2022

For vaginal bleeding and passing large clots
They didn't check me out down below or anything they just took urine and blood and gave me a ultrasound and said the miscarriage was passing through and sent me home. Later that day I started bleeding badly and passing larger clots and passed out ambulance was called and I was rushed to Beaumont Health Wayne where I was told they didn't have time to rush me to the or because I was hemorrhaging so badly and they had to perform the procedure immediately and do an D&C and had to have a blood transfusion from loss of blood. I was told that my hemoglobin level was low 24 hours before coming in and I was at Beaumont Health Taylor and that they shouldn't have sent me home at all.
cleanliness of room
The overall cleanliness of the room was ok but I sat next to the vents by the window and they were full of dust. This just looked like a bad situation. I know hospital workers are over worked but in trying to keep illnesses and diseases down that is a spot easily over looked but needs constant attention.
Desired outcome: when cleaning the rooms include those hidden areas that are so important to the upkeep of the room and the people who come in contact with it.
