Don't ever give them money in advance. I got an attendant for my dad. Requirement was a trained resource with experience of handling terminally ill patients, I got a fresher. I paid complete amount as an advance and they did not replace the person.

Unfortunately in 10 days tie my dad passed away and I asked for refund for the balance days to which the teams replied that they don't have a policy and had an audacity to ask for return of attendant.

Hi,

On September 2nd I requested a attendant for 12hrs for Mrs. Papamma Hyderabad.

And company couldn’t find anyone within 48hrs as requested. So I asked for the refund of advance money paid which is Rs.3000.

They gave me an email address and asked to send all the details. It’s been over a week now and haven’t received any response from them.

They are not answering any calls or responding to my text’s except Ramneet(she texts I will follow up or forward the request)

How long the process takes to get the refund.

One of the worst health care services ever, me working with health insurance, have to appoint a care taker for my mother, hopeless to the core, they have young uneducated girls aged 20-23 from Bihar, who are not trained and equipped to handle aged bed ridden patients, charge you exhorbiant charges 1200/ per day, management is even worst, they don't care, false commitments, would suggest not to take any service's from them.
