I would like for someone at your corporate office to contact me ASAP, as I am filing a complaint from one of your franchise Sonic Drive - In! I just left from one of your Sonic Drive - In's located at 710 FM 1960 RD East Houston, Tx. 77073. The service from your employee was horrible! The name of the employee that took my order tonight is named Tiffany. Tiffany displayed very rude service tonight as I had to give her my order at the window. Tiffany stated that no one was responding back to me while I was trying place an order at the drive thru. Why? I asked but she didn't give me a response. She had a smirk on her face as if it was a joke! I didn't find this humorous by no means and ask her to please take my order at the window. She took my order and never apologized not once for this. After Tiffany took my order I then gave her my money and she immediately shut the window as if it was a problem for her to do. When Tiffany opened the window back up, she handed my food to me and shut the window again immediately. I waited there thinking she would be giving me my drink that she forgot to give me. She then opened the window again realizing I was still there. After she opened the window she asked me what I was waiting on. I told her my drink. She gave me my drink and said, "Oh, my bad". Really? Is this how you talk to a customer! I find this very insulting, obnoxious, and flat out totally intolerable. I would appreciate that this matter gets address immediately or I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau about this franchise location.
Desired outcome: Phone call from a corporate manager, not the store manager!
