Hello around 6:20 pm today is September 16 and my husband and I just got home from picking up our order off of 1960 in Spring tx and we live in houston and I am a very unhappy customer because Texas Roadhouse forgot my house salad I ordered and their special cinnamon butter that butter always seems to be forgotten to be placed in my order but I’ve never complained because it’s just butter but the salad and the wrong drink is another thing yes they also gave me the wrong drink and I’m so unsatisfied with them my dinner has been ruin and so has my appetite to top it off the manager from there Just hang up on me she didn’t act professionally toward me because she just hang up on me as I was still trying to talk to her I hope no one else experiences what I’ve just experienced because that is so rude a nightmare she needs to get more training to act more professional I am not happy at all and I go there often but since the pandemic hit we have just been doing curbside pickup thank you
Desired outcome: Would like a plate and a salad because I like to have a salad before my dinner thank you
Texas Roadhouse - Worst outcome.
I was very disappointed with my visit on March 27, 2021 Saturday. I drove. Up looking for a place to park in handicap parking. My husband has a handicap. And people without the tags were parked in these spots. I walked in and the table had no setting and every other table was set. My food was not what I asked for. I asked for well done. The steak was very pink. Went into the restrooms water on floors, on sinks. Napkins stuffed in sink none in the dispensers and the restroom had a bad smell. Waitress only visited my table three times. Had to constantly look for her. The ladies that were working had their hair down and not up. Bad visit very bad. Not satisfied and not sure if I will ever visit this location again.
