I went to order an lunch for myself from drive-thru and they gave me the different food that I ordered and I found out when I arrived my work and I eat here almost everyday. I called up the store and asked to talk to an manager in charge and I explained her the issue and she asked for me to bring my receipt and tell her some number and I explained to her I do not keep any receipts and she kept arguing with me about this and wouldn't stop. She also was very rude over the phone . I asked for her name and it was something like Vanessa or Venessa and told her I will report her to the main company.
