Tuesday, December 10, 2019 it was 1:00 a.m. when I arrived at the window for my order a young lady told me the order and I had agreed to it (knowing I wasn't listening to the order). After cashing me out I read the recipe just then realizing I said yes to the wrong order. I ask the cashier if she can do a refund she calls her manager and we hear the manger yell at her and we notice her eyes getting watery while still smiling even though we had already apologized for it not being her fault. The cashier handles it with care, but we were waiting for a really long time on the manager to issue our refund. I told the cashier everyone make mistake and even though it's not your fault it's fine just tell your manager we will just pay for the second card order. The woman finally came she was short and Mexican and had rolled her eyes once looking at the window. We go to this whataburger every night not once did the young woman give us any trouble. The cashier closed the window so we didn't have to hear the manager scolding her. Tell the employee sorry for having to put up with that and that whataburger needs a better manager ASAP.
