March 5 2024 went to talk to Mgr. about notice. Was told not to come back to her office without shoes on. Said we had a multiple amount of people in our home, that she had photographed them. Said she'd meet me at my home at 1:00 to discuss notice. I was outside till 5:00 &she never came bt. Tried to pay rent online last night. It was wrong by 100.00. System would not take payment. Went to office at midnight to leave note letting them know what happened & I'd me there today to resolve the matter. Went there today (with shoes on) tried to talk to her she refused. Asked about someone else to talk to, she said she was the one but that she wouldn't talk to me that she was filing eviction on us. Asked again about someone to talk to when she got up opened the door & told me to leave. Don't know her name. She's only been here a few days. Said she was from corporate office. The absolute rudest person I've ever met. Lived here for 20 years. She spoke to me very intimidating like she was gonna hit me. Refused to listen to anything I had to say. Therefor my rent has not been paid & I am calling EVERY BUREU I can. She was extremely intimidating rude & treated me like the mud on her shoes was better than me.

Desired outcome: Not being kicked out or ever seeing this person again
