Bath & Body Works Direct - Semi annual sale

Our store is still not open in Kerrville Texas and When I looked at online prices on items availability the options are not good along with prices. When will you be opening the Kerrville store and will they have a semi annual sale when they reopen? We live 25 miles one way from store and the next store is over 50 miles one way. Please let me know if you are going to open this store.. we have only had 20 plus cases and they came from people traveling out of town and back bringing it with them.
